Your Android device may be missing a necessary piece of software called the tunnel driver or "tun.ko". Without this driver, no VPN service will work on your Android device, even if it has 4.0.3 or higher installed. This is particularly true of value brand (Prestigio, M2M, etc) Android devices and some early models of the Samsung Galaxy SII.
Unfortunately, only the manufacturers of the device can create the drivers correctly and app developers are unable to. We regret that we are unable to offer any further assistance.
If you have purchased a SurfEasy VPN plan, you can use it on Windows and Mac computers, as well as Android or iOS devices with correct specifications. In-app purchasers can request a refund from Play Store and direct customers can request a refund by emailing support@surfeasy.com.
