You may receive a Net 35 SSL error if you are running a version of the SurfEasy desktop app prior to version 3.12.
To resolve the issue please see the steps below:
Step 1: Uninstall the current version that is installed
On Mac you can simply uninstall the VPN by dragging the SurfEasy icon from the applications folder to the trash.

Step 2: Reinstall the VPN from accounts.surfeasy.com/download
The re-installation of the VPN will need to be done from accounts.surfeasy.com as this will provide you with version 3.12 which resolves the issue.
If you run a SurfEasy installer file from your computer this may reinstall a version prior to 3.12 and the issue may persist.
