Getting started with SurfEasy VPN for Windows - New User

STEP 1: Go to SurfEasy.com and register for an account

 

Once you create your account you will receive an email that provides you with a link to set your password

STEP 2: Once your password has been set please log into accounts.surfeasy.com

STEP 3: Click on the Windows download option

STEP 4: After the download is complete run the install application

1. Double click on the application file
2. Click Yes toll allow this program to make changes to your computer
3. Click Next>
4. Read and Agree to the terms and conditions
5. Click Finish

SurfEasy may prompt you during the installation to install a Tap Driver. You will need to allow the Tap Driver to be installed as this is used by SurfEasy to make it's secure connection

STEP 5: Enter your registered email and password and click SIGN IN
