You may receive a NET 35 SSL error from the desktop application if you are using a SurfEasy desktop version prior to 3.12.
You can resolve the issue by following the steps shown below:
Step 1: Uninstall the VPN
The quickest way to uninstall the VPN on your Windows computer is to click on the start menu, go to all applications, left click on the SurfEasy folder and then right click on "Uninstall".

Step 2: Reinstall the VPN directly from accounts.surfeasy.com/download
Reinstalling directly from accounts.surfeasy.com will ensure you are reinstalling the correct version that will resolve the issue.
Reinstalling the current installer file you may have installed on your computer will not resolve the issue as you may be installing a version prior to 3.12.
