STEP 1: Log in at https://accounts.surfeasy.com
STEP 2: Click on the Windows download option
STEP 3: After the download is complete run the install application
- Double click on the application file
- Click Yes toll allow this program to make changes to your computer
- Click Next>
- Read and Agree to the terms and conditions
- Click Finish
SurfEasy may prompt you during the installation to install a Tap Driver. You will need to allow the Tap Driver to be installed as this is used by SurfEasy to make it's secure connection
STEP 4: Enter your registered email and password and click SIGN IN.

I have it on my phone and want to add to my lap top but how?

While installing I get "An error occurred installing the TAP device driver" and after launch Surfeasy VPN there's again TAP driver install error "TAP driver installation failed, closing SurfEasy. Please reopen SurfEasy and try again" and, as you guess, reopen doesn't help.
I don't know how to Allow TAP driver installation as something like that doesn't prompt during the installation, only an error note.
What should I do? Is there any way to install a TAP driver separately from the SurfEasy app?
Also, the extension for Chrome doesn't exist. I'd maybe install the Opera only to get SurfEasy on it, but I'm not sure if it works there or it's the same as with Chrome.

Same problem i have for days i never was able to install surfeasy program exe on windows 10 or 11 versions because during installation a message appear error say cant be installed TAP driver so after that the problem dont work.Exist some how to install TAP driver anywhelse befour instal surfeasy program ? I try to install 2 diferent program release but still same problem i even email 2 times to your staff but no answer is was helpful So my conclusion the vpn works only on android
